The Tinned Fish Market based in Borough Market, specialises in tinned seafood dishes sourced from traditional canneries in Spain, Portugal and France, with sustainability, quality and style at their hearts.

Skinny Malinkys

A heavy feature during our summer series of Tap Takeovers, and various other feature pop-ups in The Bear. Stewart the brains behind Southbourne’s very own Skinny Malinkys is knocking up his naughty Scotch Eggs! We’ll also be serving up his OG Hot Sauce and Green Chilli & Cumin Hot Sauce with various dishes. These bottles will also be available to be purchased behind the bar.

Wild & Ginger

A newcomer to Southbourne, and another feature from our summer series of Tap Takeovers, Wild & Ginger is an artisan bakery using sustainably sourced ingredients. All food is prepared, from the raw ingredients, on site and cooked by Emma, who has come up with a beautiful vegetarian small plate for you to tuck into.

La Chasse

La Chasse is a specialty food distribution business, based on the Wiltshire / Dorset / Somerset border with a heavy focus on local artisan producers.
